Our staff members understand and advocate the importance of staying active! “If it’s Physical – it is Therapy.” We can help you regain the basic motion and strength needed to accomplish the most basic tasks. In addition, we can work on regaining or improving the specific skills required by your favorite activity. Some examples of our Sports Programs include:
- Power Jumping Course – A strengthening and skill-developing program designed to prevent knee injuries and improve the athlete’s jumping ability.
- GolFit – An evaluation of a golfer’s flexibility, posture and strength specific to the skills needed to “go long” on the course. An individualized program is provided to the golfer designed to improve the problem areas identified in the screening evaluation.
